Our horses and their welfare is extremely important to us. Our goals are that they are heathy and emotionally well adjusted. Therefore we make sure that they are on a healthy diet, that they take breaks between appointments, receive adequate social interaction and exercise. We do not tolerate any abuse towards our horses. This is our only rule in therapy. Some sessions can be difficult on the horses emotions and our job is to help them process those emotions and move to a place of release and relaxation.
Also note that we have not introduced our horses by name. Although they do have names, we do not want to place any labels on the horses. It is up to the individual to get to know their horse and give them a name if they wish.
