FAQS

Do you have toilets

Yes we do, however it is not wheelchair accessible.

Is your property wheelchair accessible

Yes we have several wheelchair accessible areas where you can participate in therapy and interact with horses.

Do you provide horsemanship or husbandry

As you will be interacting with horses in each appointment, you will learn the basics of working with horses. This will enable you to be able to complete therapeutic activities and interact with the horses in a safe way. However our program is not a horsemanship program. If you are interested in this or horse riding our Equine Specialist can discuss this with you further after you have graduated from our therapy program.

Will the appointments be 1-1

Our sessions are 2-1, each appointment has a registered MH therapist and a Equine Specialist. This is best practice to ensure you are emotionally and physically safe. Pair sessions and group sessions may be offered when appropriate. We also provide family therapy.

Where can I leave feedback

We love hearing your feedback, positive or constructive, please email us or chat to us in person. If you have a serious complaint you can speak to the person who referred you, the NDIS, your Dr or coordinator.

Can I ride a horse

Our model works with horses on the ground. That way the horses can be themselves and give us feedback.
